Coupon Corner
We're back...on the desk nest to the fireplace, in the sitting room. I would like to thank everyone who drops coupons off and especially to Edna Schultz for cutting them and putting them in envelopes by month. Please keep bringing in your coupons to help your fellow seniors.
Duplicate Bridge - An unsanctioned duplicate bridge game is played every Wednesday at 12:30 pm. You do need a partner to play. If you do not have a partner you may call Darlene Wertz at (248) 887-4954 for more info or to check her list of individual players.

Euchre - We have three days to enjoy Euchre at the Center. Tues. mornings 10:00 a.m. and
Thurs. evenings 6:00 p.m. $1.00
Please arrive before those times so play can begin on time.
If you don't like such a fast-paced game you may come and play "relaxed euchre" on Fridays.
We also host a euchre tournament every other month. See the Coming Events page for more information

Mah Jongg
The oriental game of Mah Jongg is played on Tuesday mornings. New players are always welcome. If you want to learn the game there is always someone willing to teach you.

If you play the guitar, banjo, harmonica, fiddle, ukulele or even the tambourine you may be interested in coming to the Center. Come play your favorite tunes with other musicians. If you are interested in playing with us please call the Center at 810-626-2135 and let us know if you will be coming.

Pinochle will be played on Tuesdays. We play 3-4-5 or 6 handed whatever works for the number of players that come. Please plan to arrive by 12:00 so tables can be arranged.

The Red Hat Activity for February will be the Minnie Pearl Tea Party. Please let Carol (626-2139) know if you plan to attend and I will reserve a table for the group.
Dear Red Hat Subjects: As of December 31,2011 I will be resigning as your Queen. After quitting my job at the center I have found it extremely difficult to communicate, as I am not at the center very often. You have been wonderful group of Red Hatters and I will miss you all. Thank you for the fun filled years. I will remain as part of the group and see you at functions as often as I am able. I hope someone will step up and become the new Queen. Thank all of you for letting me have the honor of being your queen for such a long time. Happy hatting to all of you. Love Queen Ruth Ann P.S. Join our Wii Bowlers on Monday afternoons. You can play a realistic game of bowling with this video game. The game can be played standing or sitting.
