Trip Policy
*** Please note that on many of our trips we have to commit to a minimum
number of passengers several months before the date of the trip. It is
important that if you are interested in going on one of these trips that you
sign up as soon as possible so you will not be disappointed.
-Hartland Center members will be given the first chance to sign up for all new trips.
-Travelers are responsible for finding their own roommates.
-To avoid disappointments please make reservations early.
-All trips are on a first-come first serve basis with deposits or full payment required at the time of registration.
-Day Trips or over night trips require full payment at the time you sign up.
-Extended travel trips require deposit to hold your
reservation.
-A spot cannot be held on any trip without payment or required deposit. *
-Refunds are done on an individual trip basis.
-Due to trip requirements some trip costs will not be refunded unless someone can be found to take your place.
* Please do not ask our staff to put your name on our trip list without payment. If you are interested in a trip we will make a note of your interest but that does not guarantee you a spot on the trip. We use those lists to call people to remind them of their interest if the trip is filling up.
