- Get your heart rate up Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8:45 followed by stretching, weights, balance, and fun! $1
- Aerobics with Balance Ball
- Monday and Wednesday at 9 am. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity followed by core strengthening exercise on the balance ball, balance disk, or whatever Alice comes up with next! $1
- Chair Exercise
- Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:30 local Physical Therapists lead stretching and strength-training exercises done while seated. FREE
- Stretching
- Good exercise for all levels on Friday mornings at 9 am
- Yoga
- Yoga series run periodically. Call 810 626 2135 or check your newsletter.

- This class is excellent for all levels.
- Walking

- Walking in the Building
- Sign in at the Senior Center and pick up a pass then walk the halls for great winter exercise. No charge.
- Walk-Fit
- Tuesday and Friday mornings at 8 am -walking with Cathy with hand-weights to good music and fun! $1
- Fitness Room
- Free weights, treadmill, bikes, and other "machines" for your work-out pleasure. This room is open to the public through Community Ed. $2

- Our dance and tap teams perform at area nursing homes and other facilities as well as in our shows. New members are welcome.

- Half-court, three-on-three, HORSE, shoot-arounds, whatever you want!

- It involves paddles and whiffle balls. It really can't be described - but it sure is fun! Fridays at 12:30

- The 55+ Bowling League meets at Striking Lanes on Fridays at 1 pm. If you are interested in playing as a regular or sub call Jeff Lee at 810 991 1139.

- We periodically run a Mental Exercise class but don't forget - crossword puzzles, soduku, bridge, euchre, our other classes, and other brain work-outs help keep you mentally fit.
