Aerobics with Balance Ball
Monday and Wednesday at 9 am. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity followed by core strengthening exercise on the balance ball, balance disk, or whatever Alice comes up with next! $1
Chair Exercise
Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:30 local Physical Therapists lead stretching and strength-training exercises done while seated. FREE
Stretching
Good exercise for all levels on Friday mornings at 9 am

Walking
Walking in the Building
Sign in at the Senior Center and pick up a pass then walk the halls for great winter exercise. No charge.
Walk-Fit
Tuesday and Friday mornings at 8 am -walking with Cathy with hand-weights to good music and fun! $1
Fitness Room
Free weights, treadmill, bikes, and other "machines" for your work-out pleasure. This room is open to the public through Community Ed. $2
