Community Events
Community Meal:Do you Hate to eat alone? St. Mary Magdalen prepares a wonderful dinner on Monday evenings for the community at 6:00 pm. There is no charge for the meal if you can’t afford it but otherwise donations are gladly accepted so this program can continue.
Adult Social Skate at Rollerama – Several of our members enjoy roller skating. There is an adult skate on Mondays from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Admission is $5.00 and includes coffee and donuts. The phone number of Rollerama is 810-227-5230.
Hartland Lions Club
The Hartland Lions Club just finished their first year. They helped 7
people with eyeglasses and exams, and several other community projects.
They meet on the 3rd Thursday or the month at the Grille 23 restaurant at 6:30 pm. New

Hartland Audubon Club
meets at the senior center on the first Tuesday of every month at
7:15 p.m. These meetings are open to anyone.
Book Talk
All area Seniors are invited to attend a Cromaine Library
sponsored-Book Talk, facilitated by avid booktalker Nancy Fisher, at
Hartland's Village Manor Retirement Center.
The following books will be discussed:

the book talk and will order others if requests are made.

Mid-winter Book Sale
The "Friends" will offer a wide assortment of books for adults and
children. Paperbacks and Hard covers. Also, a huge
selection of Videos, CD's, DVD's will be available.
Everything will be priced at 10 cents. Where

This sale will take place at Cromaine Library in the Village.

Hartland Senior Center provides information through workshops, seminars and advertising for
senior services, we do not endorse any private company; merely
inform consumers of the availability of services that may
enhance the lives of our members outside of the Center.
