The Hartland Senior Center offers a variety of opportunities for our participants to stay “Fit for Life.” Several forms need to be completed to participate in any of our fitness programs including: a physician’s release form, medical information, and waiver of liability and emergency information. . * The suggested donations for these programs are used for upkeep and fitness personnel costs. No one will be turned away because of an inability to pay. Please make appointment to see our resource advocate if you cannot afford the costs of these programs. All information will be kept confidential. |
Alice’s Aerobics
A vigorous exercise routine with easy choreography to some very happy tunes. Great exercise, plenty of laughter and loads of fun. $1.00 per class. Tuesday and Thursdays 8:45 a.m.
Aerobics and Floor Work
Come join this complete easy to follow workout. Class includes
warm-up, stretching, aerobic workout, and chair and floor work. Monday
and Wednesdays 9:00 a.m. $1.00 per class.
Sit and Stay Fit with Casey
Cardiovascular work, balance, flexibility will be emphasized in the sitting work-out. Advanced Physical Therapy provides the class on Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m.
Jouni’s Angels
Strength and flexibility training with physical therapist, Jouni Mantyla, on Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. Michigan Rehabilitation Specialists.
Walking
You are welcome to walk the halls of the H.E.S.S.C. daily from 8:00
a.m. until 8:00 p.m. If you plan on walking before 3:00 p.m. please sign-in
at the senior center.
